At Huddle, we want to make sure your energy bills are always accurate. That's why submitting regular readings is so important.
If we don't receive your readings, we'll have to rely on estimated meter readings provided by the energy industry. This can sometimes lead to you overpaying or getting a surprisingly large "catch-up" bill down the line. Keep those bills accurate by sending us your readings regularly!

Paying by Direct Debit is one of the easiest and most convenient ways to manage your energy bills. It ensures your payments are made automatically on time, helping you avoid missed payments or late fees. It also makes budgeting simpler by spreading your costs evenly throughout the year, so you don’t get unexpected large bills.
Your Direct Debit amount is based on your estimated energy usage, which helps keep payments consistent and manageable.
Plus, if you're on our Standard Variable Tariff (SVT), you'll receive a 6% discount on your energy bill when you pay by Direct Debit, saving you money while keeping things hassle-free.

Your tariff is essentially your energy contract with us. It details exactly how we charge you for the gas and electricity you use.
When you're with Huddle, you'll find we offer different tariff options designed to suit various needs. For instance, you might choose a fixed-rate tariff, where your unit price for energy stays the same for a set period, or a variable-rate tariff, where the price can go up or down with the market. If you get both gas and electricity from us, you might also be on a dual fuel tariff.
When looking at your Huddle tariff, it's good to be aware of things like the contract length, especially useful if you're in a student tenancy and know you'll be moving.

If you're staying in the property but your housemates are changing, please discuss with us how to transfer the account responsibility to the new occupants.
