Warm Home Discount

The WHD provides eligible energy customers with a one-off payment of £150 to help with energy costs during the colder months.

The Warm Home Discount (WHD) rebate scheme is made up of three parts:

Core Group 1

Customers receiving Pension Credit Guarantee Credit will be identified by the Department for Work & Pensions (DWP) & will automatically receive the rebate.

Core Group 2

England & Wales

Eligible customers no longer need to apply. The DWP will identify those who qualify, and the rebate will be applied automatically.

Broader Group

Scotland
